Each  application costs $25 per person/$40 per couple pay able to  the Faith Chapel church office. After your application is reviewed, you will be called to schedule an interview with Pastor Lee Simmons.

Please read over the following course description and requirements so you have a full understanding of what is expected of you and what you will receive as a student at Living Faith School of Ministry. Any questions you have can be addressed at your interview.



Course Prerequisites


1. Knowing that God has called you to significant ministry of which you need further ministry training

2. Commitment to stay in class and finish the course for three years. Classes will be held every Monday night year round. Holidays and brief quarterly breaks will be observed.

3. Full support of your spouse, if married

4. A teachable, humble spirit and openness to teachings that you may not agree with

5. You must be a member of a local church and have the full support of your pastor for your studies. You are required to remain in that local church throughout the time of your study. You will only be released from your church with the full blessing of your pastor.

Course Requirements

1. Faithfully attend classes and other required functions as assigned

2. Complete all assignments: reading and written

3. Memorize weekly assigned verse

4. Be involved in a regular local church ministry

5. Read through the Bible yearly using the “Daily Walk.” The NIV Life in the Spirit Bible is required for reading and study; a hardback edition will be given to each student at the first class.

Training Strategy

1. Based upon Jesus’ training of His Twelve Disciples

2. Classes will emphasize spiritual and ministry development above intellectual knowledge

3. The focus of training will be on impartation from Pastor’s Lee’s ministry experience

4. Class time will center more on interaction than on lecture

5. The classes will be held year round. Classes will only be canceled when Pastor Lee is unavailable or the class participates in something else on a given week. Excuses for class will only be accepted for a valid reason and must be made before class begins.

6. Areas of Training:

      a. Being: Spiritual Maturity and Christian Character

      b. Doing: Ministry Training; Ministry Skills

      c. Knowing: Bible and Theology

Graduation Requirements

1. Faithful attendance throughout course – 85% minimum required of all classes

2. Completion of all assignments

3. Faithful in local church ministry

4. Reading the Bible through three times in three years.

5. Weekly Scriptural memorization

6. Continuing to live a victorious Christian life

It is estimated that Living Faith School of Ministry will take about ten hours of time a week for most students, including class time. Discuss how you will make the time to attend class and complete your class work. *
